Thea-1 yr Old Female Lab/Boxer Mix in Racine, Wisconsin For Sale

Hi, my name is Thea and I am a spayed female boxer/labrador retriever mix. My estimated birth date is 7/11/13 and I currently weigh 39 pounds. I am a medium sized dog and am fully grown. I had a bad case of mange which has been treated, and a skin scraping was done 8/19/14 confirming no demodex mites. It will however take a little time before all of my fur fills in- especially on my hind legs. I enjoy going for car rides and playing with my foster siblings. My favorite toys include ones that squeak, light up, or rope toys. I am crate trained, housebroken and know which crate is mine. My crate is my safe place- so I have no issues going in/out of it. I am a medium energy dog. I enjoy walks and playing outside, but daily trips to the dog park are not something I require (however I would enjoy it if we did go). I am routinely around children over age 7 and have done well. I had a weekend sleepover with a 1 & 3 yr old and also did amazing! I have not been around cats but I'm pretty sure I'd quietly stalk them, pounce at them, then swat at them in typical boxer fashion. My current foster family has furry foster siblings bigger than me, smaller than me, and puppies. I do best with dogs over 20lbs as I have a tendency to playfully pounce at/on smaller ones. My ideal family would take me for car rides, walks and let me lie near them while watching tv, playing on the computer, or working outside in the yard. I love it when my foster family sits and pets me for hours during long car rides. Sometimes I growl when I see someone wearing a hat. I am being fostered in Racine. Will you be my forever family? My adoption fee of $350+tax includes spay, rabies vaccinations, UTD on shots, microchip & registration and certificate of veterinary inspection.
